Rolfing Structural Integration is a hands-on method of rebalancing the body that has helped thousands of people find relief from pain, more efficient ways of moving, and more comfort in stillness.
My name is Will Gallucci and my goal as a Certified Rolfer is to promote and support proper body mechanics and movement for my clients.
Rolfers are educators. We assist our clients to see unsupported movement patterns in their daily activities. We then work with clients to physically remove restrictions from the body, usually performed over a series of Ten-Rolf Structural Integration sessions, to rebalance the body and suggest and explore new ways of moving, standing and sitting.
In addition to the hands-on work of Rolfing, I also teach self-treatment techniques to enhance strength and improve flexibility, as well as postural and movement awareness. The movement education allows a Rolfed body to better integrate and solidify the benefits of Rolfing.
Whether you're an avid Colorado outdoor enthusiast, running, cycling, hiking and climbing, or simply spend too much time sitting at the computer, Rolfing can help ease the pain you feel in your body from the stress and strains of daily life.
Rolfing can help free your body and allow you to enjoy a more active and pain free lifestyle.

"Like Yoga, Rolfing is one of those practices that your body instantly tells you makes a lot of sense."
